area of trapezium =   \frac{1}{2} * (sum of parallel sides) * height
                128 cm^2  =   \frac{1}{2} * 32 * h
                 128 / 32 =  \frac{1}{2} * h
                   \frac{2*4}{1} = h
      therefore h =  8 cm

so here S = 19 + 13 cm = 32 cm
