the question is "the wavelength of waves produced on the surface of water is 20 cm.if the wave velocity is 24 m/s. calculate -(i)number of waves produced.(ii)the time required to produce 1 wave.

Wavelength= 20 cm = 0.2 m ---------- Velocity of sound= wavelegth x frequency------------- --------------- ---------------- 24=0.2* y------------- y= 240/2. =120 Hz So the frequency of the sound wave is 120 Hz
