The time to fill tank(together)=75/9 hr
if the small tap wants x+10 hr
then big tap wants x hr

amount of water that fill in one hr by small tap= \frac{1}{x+10}
"by big tap= \frac{1}{x}
"together=1/ \frac{75}{9} = \frac{9}{75}
