Insomnia is a sleep
disorder where the sufferer finds it difficult to fall and/or stay
CAUSES OF INSOMNIA:
1.Significant life stress (such as losing or changing your job, death of a loved one, divorce,moving home).
3.Emotional or physical discomfort
4.Environmental factors like noise, light or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep.
CURE OR PREVENTION STEPS OF INSOMNIA:
1.Try to go to bed at the same time every night, and get up at the same time each morning. This includes weekends
2.Avoid large meals late in the evening
3.Establish a consistent bedtime routine. This is one of
the most important factors in insomnia treatment and maintaining good
sleeping habits. Routines may include taking a warm bath or a relaxing
walk in the evening, or practicing meditation/relaxation exercises as
part of your regular nighttime routine.
