given M1 = N1 = 15.8, V1 = ? ,M2 = N2 = 3 , V2 = 100
V1 = N2V2 / N1
     = 3*100 / 15.8
     = 18.987 ml
  hence the numbers of mililiters of concentrated HNO3 is 18.987 ml
