JUNK FOOD is so yummy but not good for tummy. first , we should understand that what is junk food. Junk food contains  high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins or minerals. . It is not good for health. Junk food includes burger, chips, finger chips etc. they all are junk food. they are made up of bad oil. that is not good for our tummy. generally, when we eat junk food our tummy started paining. we should not eat junk food daily. We can eat it once in a month. So, at last we can say that junk food is yummy but not good for our tummy.

Junk food- today the first choice of people. But they don't know how harmful is it. It has lots of calories which can cause obesity. It is less in protein, nutrition but very rich in fats. And when the fat cells in the body increase we can have obesity. 

You do not know what are the ingredients because as we say it is also "street food". Panipuri of golgappa the most favorite dish of many people is also a reason for pain in their tummy! 

I know many people to cut my point, will say that in foreign countries almost everyone eats junk food as they are many times not able to get the vegetables. Why don't they get pain in their tummy's? Why don't they get fever ? Because my dear friends their junk food comes packed. They know the ingredients or in other words they know what they are eating. How much calories they will get from it ... And what harm will it cause?
Well now a days in our country many people have raised voice to make the junk food clean such as in foreign countries. But till then - Junk food is only yummy and not good for your tummy!
